Digital Camera Not Working.. T.T

My camera hasn't been working for a long time now... and now I have decided to ask for help.... Yeah.. I know. Facepalm to the face.. lol

It keeps saying Lens Error and makes a weird sound every time I turn the power button on. The camera tries to focus and then closes up. Then on the screen, it says Lens Error. But I charged the camera and even tried cleaning it out but it nothing is working.. This depresses me since I haven't been taking decent photos anymore. What I really need to do is get back into Film Photography. It's been over a year since I have done film photography..

On a brighter note, I am going to Otakon 2012!!!! Who else is going??
